PRODUCT ADVISOR

The Product Advisor must be driven to meet sales goals, have excellent communication and organizational skills, a superb customer service track record and be able to work well with team members and other departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Understands products and keep up to date with the automobile industry
  • Experience at negotiation and writing contracts
  • Listen to customers' needs and build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Enhance dealership reputation by providing exceptional customer service in person, telephone, email, and other methods of communication
  • Participate in new product training provided by the dealership and manufacturer
  • Ability to work in a close team environment
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Luxury auto sales experience would be preferred.

APPRENTICE AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN 310S

We are currently seeking a full time Apprentice Automotive Technician 310S. You must have completed at least your Period 2 Apprenticeship Technician hours and schooling. We are looking for someone who is confident and competent with vehicle diagnosis, service, and repair.

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Perform factory recommended services in our express service dept.
  • Mount and balance tires
  • Driving of vehicles for testing purposes or using various test equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Maintain Infiniti's high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • The ability to work well as a team or individually
  • Need to be able to work with different diagnostic programs
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 35kg
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to work through the week and alternating Saturdays¬†
  • Assist in any other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Infiniti or imports is an asset
  • Ability to identify and solve problems quickly
  • Continued willingness to learn
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Second period apprentice or higher
  • Confident and competent with vehicle diagnosis and repair
  • CDK computer experience an asset
  • Clean drivers abstract
